literally, not figuratively (that's beside the point). it doesn't do much for me except make my asthma act up and i can't breathe and my sides start cramping and i feel like giving up and i get a raging headache when i'm done and on and on and on...
instead, i think i'm gonna keep it strictly to biking, spinning, whatever, since i don't have a real bike anymore. i was thinking of just getting a mercier kilo tt off bikes direct because trying to find a small used bike is tough, but it gets me scared of the commitment it entails. it's shipped in a box! i've seen it; it's huge (that's what she said) and only 90% assembled. with brent away at USC i can't do it myself, my dad would just say "why do you need a bike when you have a car?" and bike shops make me feel awkward for some reason. probably because i know nothing about anything but having fun.
today's progress: 21 miles in 50 minutes. i can't tell if this is good or bad because my lungs were working against me after the treadmill. man, i hate running. but maybe i just wasn't frustrated enough. i can't seem to be in a good mood to work out because then there's no motivation. weird.
now i can't listen to any of my electro playlists because i'm sick of them. listen to M83's saturdays = youth album. it grows on you.
